At FT-Performance, we are committed to getting your performance parts and accessories to you quickly and efficiently. We partner with Bosta as our trusted shipping courier to ensure reliable delivery across Egypt.
Order Processing Time:

All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Orders placed after [e.g., 2:00 PM EEST] on a business day or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (Via Bosta):
We utilize Bosta for all our deliveries within Egypt. Once dispatched, you can expect the following estimated delivery times:

Cairo & Giza: 1-3 business days

Major Cities (Alexandria, Suez, Ismailia, Mansoura, etc.): 2-4 business days

Other Governorates & Remote Areas: 3-7 business days
Please note: These are estimated delivery times provided by Bosta and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or Bosta's operational delays. While we strive for timely delivery, FT-Performance is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will see the exact shipping fee before completing your purchase.
Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from FT-Performance containing your Bosta tracking number.

You can track the live status of your shipment by visiting the Bosta tracking website (https://bosta.co/track/) and entering your tracking number.
Delivery Information:

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or issues with delivery. FT-Performance is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Bosta will typically attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery is unsuccessful, they may contact you directly to arrange redelivery or pickup from a local Bosta hub.

For your security, a signature may be required upon delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments:

If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos immediately and contact our customer service team at ftperformancegroup@gmail.com or 01122454620 within 48 hours of delivery.

If your shipment tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact Bosta directly with your tracking number, and also notify us so we can assist.

FT-Performance is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by Bosta.
