FT-Performance Return & Refund Policy

At FT-Performance, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Any signs of wear, installation, or damage will void the return eligibility.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase from FT-Performance is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or special-order products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items explicitly marked as final sale.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at [Your Customer Service Email/Phone Number] within the 14-day window. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send back your item(s). Do not send items back without an RA number, as they will not be accepted.

  3. Packaging: Securely package the item(s) along with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider).

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) so we can rectify the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
